What motivates people to exercise? Why do you want to exercise?

During coronavirus maybe I spent two months because we worked from home so I just stayed at home. Before that, I’m a little busy and didn’t have a lot of time to do exercise. But, during the coronavirus, I can control my schedule to spend a little bit time to do exercise.
She still think she is a little fat so she told me that she don’t want to eat too much.
But, the most of time, I don’t eat dinner.
