Words to help you retell a story:

weapon: something that can be sharp or harmful such as a knife

claws: sharp fingernails of an animal

come apart/wear out: tear

eg. I wear my shoes every day and they have not come apart.

eg. If you wear the same t-shirt every day, it will eventually wear out.

eg. You can have all the books except for this one.

eg. The shop sells all kinds of shoes except for the ones that Jeremy wants.

in sight: anywhere

eg. Not a pair of these shoes are in sight at the store.

eg. You can expect to find these shoes in sight at the shoe store.

Grammar

present simple tense + “s”

Nobody can wear on them because if they can wear the boots they can’t walk. So nobody want to wear it. The boot is for one people who knows magic, just like Harry Potter.

One day a boy come, his name is Jack. Jack Harry

First Lucas ran away. Next, Aiai found everywhere. Then, Li come to help. Finally, we both find Lucas. Lucas is in the book.

First you know the spider is small and the lion is very big. One spider called Lucas and a Lion is called Cinder. They are friends. But, one day, they both want to live in a pretty house but the house is too small. If Lion live in it, the Spider can’t live in it. If the Spider live in it, the Lion can’t live in it. So they are not friends anymore because they fight together. But, they didn’t know who’s the winner so they got a weapon. The Spider have a bunch of rope and the Lion have sharp claws. The Spider said, “Give me some time and I will make some things with this rope”. Then, the Lion go to sleep and the Spider made a net, a very, very big net. The spider put the net in his bag. Then, they began to fight. The Spider is a jumping spider so he can jump very high. He jump up and sit on the Lion’s body. The Lion roars and the Spider is scared so he jump up again and he sit on the Lion’s body again. He got out a long rope and put the rope on the Lion’s neck.

First Jeremy want the black high-tops. He asks Grandma to buy the shoes for him. Mr Alfrey give a pair of shoes for him. Then, Grandma go to the shoe shop to buy a pair of shoes for Jeremy, but the shoes is too small. So Jeremy give the shoe to Antonio and run away. Finally, they race together.
