I feel I didn’t got full preparations – like some IT issues. They came here with their laptops. I didn’t know they didn’t bring their adapters etc. So I had to ran and ran in the office to meet their needs. I didn’t know how to fix it so I had to go to our IT helper. This week we have another unexpected guest. Actually they are our global agency. They are an agency from US and the CEO just came here to help us with our programme.

There is one difficult thing. Our meeting room is always occupied. I had to coordinate with other people to find a free room. Just for myself, I booked three meeting rooms. There aren’t that many meeting rooms in our company.
