Dear Miss Bai,
I am sorry to tell you about a information that I decide to leave our team. I have worked in the team for a year and I have learned lots of skills in my team. These abilities are important for me but I think I need more professional skills.
In my opinion, there is a ceiling in the company. I can’t learn the knowledge anymore and I can’t promote to a senior HR specialist. Everyday I do the same thing in the office. As you know, the leader said my work is a fool’s errand. It waste the time.
I think leader’s attitude is important to employees. If the leader dose not pay attention to the employee’s work, the employee can’t finish the work well.
It’s important to me to improve my professional abilities. So I need a new environment which can exercise me. I plan to join the professional training about the Human Resources Certificate and improve my English.
Last but not least, I will do the handover with my colleague.

    Due to the company structure, it’s difficult for me to promote to a senior HR specialist position. Everyday I do repetitive work in the office. As you know, even the leader said that my work is a fool’s errand. It waste the time.

I think the leader should show positive attitude is important to the employees. He doesn’t acknowledge what I do and neglects/ignores my efforts. It made my job very difficult.
It’s important for me to improve my professional abilities, so I need a new environment which can train and challenge me. I plan to join the professional training program for the Human Resources Certificate and improve my English in the meanwhile. I will handover the jobs to my colleague.
