Writing exercise

Is it hard to balance work and family as a woman?
To the above question, I think my answer is yes. According to a survey, Chinese
women have the longest working hours of any female worker in the world. With the acceleration of the pace of the city, increasing people’s working pressure and times and we often have to work late into the light. This phenomenon will bring about a series of problem.
The first of all, we passively spend less time with our families. Especially with WeChat, work becomes everywhere. Sometimes look like you’re holding a phone but you’re actually talking about work in a work group of WeChat. Or maybe your kids ask you to play together but you need to answer the phone at work. I hate it when I have a break, but I can’t help it.
Secondly, hardly any time for myself. I only mean that before you become a good wife, a good mother and a great leader, you should be yourself first. Only those people who are full of sunshine can bring more joy and warmth to around people.
Last but not least, more and more women are reluctant to get married and have children, let alone have a second child. Because there’s a lot of stress on all sides and we feel lost.
To sum up, we hope that society will give more tolerance to women.

Revised

To the above question, I think my answer is yes. According to a survey, Chinese
women have the longest working hours of any/among all female workers in the world. With the acceleration of the city pace, it increases people’s working pressure and extends working hours times and we often have to work late into the night. This phenomenon will bring out series of problems.
The first of all, we passively spend less time with our families unconsciously/unintentionally. Especially with the development of WeChat, work is everywhere. Sometimes it looks like you’re holding a phone but you’re actually talking about work in a WeChat work group. Or maybe your kids ask you to play together but you need to answer the some calls for work. I hate it when it happens on my day off, I have a break, but I can’t help it.
Secondly, there is hardly any time for myself. I only mean that before you become a good wife, a good mother and a great leader, you should be yourself first. Only those people who are full of sunshine can bring more joy and warmth to people around you.
Last but not least, more and more women are reluctant to get married and have children, let alone have a second child. Because there’s a lot of stress surrounding us  and we feel lost.
To sum up, we hope that the society will give more tolerance to women.
