1. motivate (verb)=使…有动力
motivation (noun) =动力
ex: Money is the best thing to motivate me to wake up every morning
ex: The desire for learning English motivates me to wake up every morning.
ex:  Money is not the biggest motivation to keep an employee.

2.time-management =时间管理
ex: Time management is very important, you need to keep up跟的上 with your work.
ex: I want to go into the management position

Shopping was a routine domestic task in the past.Recently,more and more people regard it as a hobby . For this phenomenon, I think it is a positive trend.

First and foremost ,with the rise of economic ,a majority of people ‘s lives achieve to a high level.Shopping become not only to be a way for people to relax ,but also to be a way for them to rise their quality of lives.People choose to go shopping after work wether they need to buy something or not,they go to shopping malls with their friends or family members for clothes ,toys or food meanwhile they catch up with eatch other and enjoy that time.That process of shopping has been more important for them.

Additionally,besides on my knowledge,in the past time ,shopping was a routine domestic task,people choose to buy something they really need in their life. So they can barely have any happiness from shopping except the products.

Last but not least,to regard shopping as a hobby is also useful for rising the economic ,so that ‘s why I think it is a positive trend .

Last but not least, in order to promote the economic development, it’s a good thing that people regard shopping as a hobby is also useful for rising the economic , so that ‘s why I think it is a positive trend .
