Writing exercise

I’ve been to Shengsi, an small island in Zhejiang, on national holiday one year. The scenery was really beautiful and it was comfortable to live there.

It’s not too far from Shanghai, and I went there by car and boat. Going by boat was interesting because I don’t have many opportunities to take it. Shengsi were full of seascape, seafoods, and even the wind smelled different from other city’s. The people living there were so kind and happy, since there were always smiles on their face.

I remember that I got up at ten and slept at ten everyday during that holiday. It was so relaxed and I can forget any troubles in work and life. The only thing that I have to think about was “what to eat next meal? Where to hangout later?”.

Pretty views and slow life can relax people a lot, that’s the tour I’m into.

Revised

One year, I went to Shengsi, an small island in Zhejiang, on national holiday. The scenery was really beautiful and it was comfortable to stay there.

It’s not too far from Shanghai, and I went there by car and ferry. It was interesting to take the ferry because I don’t have many opportunities to take it/ because I rarely take it. Shengsi is full of sea view, seafoods, and even the wind smelled different from other cities. The people there were so kind and happy, there were always smiles on their face.

I remember that I got up at ten and slept at ten everyday during that holiday. It was so relaxing and I could forget all the troubles in work and life. The only thing on my mind was “what to eat for the next meal? Where to hangout later?”.

Pretty views and the slow-paced life can be relaxing, that’s the type of tour/life I’m into.
