this man is not good for Lily–> he is not a good husband
this man is not good to Lily –> he hits her.

Vocabulary

1.point out (verb)= 指出
ex: everyone can point out the problems, but no one knows how to execute.

2. execute (verb)= 去执行
execution (noun)= 执行力
ex: it’s easy to plan, but hard to execute your plan.

3. have a say= 有话语权
ex:  Do you have a say in your family?
ex: Lily doesn’t have a say in her family, because she is the second child.

First of all, 996 is a type of working style for everyone. I think if you have a plan in your career, you want to improve on how long you need to work everyday. In my experience, if you can spend on more time on your job, you must got achievement in the future. Especially in China, the marketing is hard competition, if you don’t do that, so many competitors will raise their hand to apply this position. On the end, you will lose your position. I know in west countries, people will talk about how long is suitable in work time is better for people. they have good benefit from government to support population. So they don’t think about economic pressure. I believe 996 will cancel from government regulation from the future. Nowadays, government don’t say anything about it, now when people and city economic level improve higher than now, they will focus on more things on human rights.

First of all, 996 is a type of working style for everyone. I think if you have a career plan, you should focus more on the work efficiency, and improve your hard-skills. everyday. In my experience, if you can spend on more time on your job, you will eventually succeed in the future. Especially in China, there are a lot of competition in every business the marketing is hard competition, if you don’t work hard, people will take over your position. In the end, you might lose your job. I know in western countries, people will talk about the average working hours per week. They have good benefit from the government to support the household, so they don’t worry too much. I believe 996 will be banned from the government in the future. Nowadays, the government has no say on it, as people have better life qualities,  they will focus on more things on human rights.

Japan are their major marketing. As a major supplier of Mitsubishi Electric for more than 20 years. They also want to develop some new clients with this opportunity.

Perhaps it is also better for me, because I try to find a suitable industry to start my own business for a period. Although this is a hard competition business, but I truth everything is depend on your thinking and action, whatever, just do it , I will get some achievement in the future. I hope I’m lucky guy!

Japanese customers are their big clients. As a major supplier of Mitsubishi Electric for more than 20 years,  they also want to expand their customer base with this opportunity.

Perhaps it is also better for me, because I am trying to find a suitable industry to start my own business for a period of time. Although there are a lot of competitions in this business, but I believe that everything is dependant on your thinking and how you carry out the actions/ on your execution, whatever, just do it , I will get some achievements in the future.
