1.except= 除了
ex: I like all kinds of fruits except grapes.
ex: I like all kinds of drinks except milk.

2.use= 用
ex: use the words you learned and tell a story.

3. take a shower= 洗澡
take a bath= 泡澡🛀
ex: I take a shower in the morning.
ex: do you take a bath in the hotel?

4. before XX= 在XX之前
ex: do you take a shower before you sleep?

5. sucks= 很烂
ex: Iphone really sucks.
ex: you suck. 你好烂
ex: I suck at math.

6. stuck= 卡了
ex: my computer is stuck. 我电脑卡了
ex: My iPhone 11 is always stuck.
ex: I’m stuck on the road/ I’m stuck in the traffic. 我堵在路上。

All the students in my English class are absent today. George is absent, he’s in the hospital. Maria is absent. She’s at the dentist. Mr and Mrs Sato are absent. They’re at the social security office. Even our English teacher is absent, he’s  home in bed. What a shame, everybody in my English class is absent today, except me.

In my house, I have a big living room, sometimes I stay here watching TV. In the morning, I will eat breakfast in the dining room. I like cook, sometimes I will make food in the kitchen. I like bedroom because I like sleep. I like in the bathroom play music in my wash.
