leader is a person that decides what to do and who to do something. Maybe program leader, he or she must have a team a full team, co-worker in limited time. so I think fist is good communication skills to light the team members or direct reports and willing to do things and write and fast way. Professional skills and the third one is have enough resources. Not only in the network building relationships or government relationship, but also internal in the company. I don’t feel like to be leader in China, because people here is complicated it’s dangerous to deal with complicated people I think, but if I keep that in mind I cannot do anything. So I like to try, what I didn’t do before.

For example, a program leader, he or she must have a team,a full team with co-workers in a limited amount of time. so I think first of all,  we need good communication skills to lighten up the team members and the subordinates, so they will be willing to do things efficiently. Secondly, the employees must acquire professional skills and thirdly, the company must have  is have enough connections within the network and the government.. Not only in the network building relationships or government relationship, as well as internally within the company. I don’t want to be a leader in China, because people here are complicated, it’s dangerous to deal with complicated people I think, but if I keep that in mind I cannot do anything. So I like to try things I haven’t tried before.

My boyfriend are going to QianDaoHu this weekend with 6 friends, 8 adults and 1 child. I feel so excited for this trip because it’s the first time that we gathering on weekend. My friend didn’t see my boyfriend before and look forward to his performance. We gonna take train to get there and live in a hotel, be around of hills and lake. One of my female friend said she loves kids, so other female friend has to bring her kid with her, so it’s a 4 couples and one child trip. One couple have got married and one couple have got divorced, and rest are still dating. I hope the child won’t destroy the trip.
