Speaking exercise

I have a new piano student. I went to her home this morning and she is a mixed. She is my first mixed student, I think it’s amazing. She is very active and talkative. I don’t want to teach her, because her home is very far. Her father found me via the agency, and the agency contact me. He say it’s cost 240 a class. At first time, he didn’t tell me the address, he just say nearby railway station, so I accepted the offer. But I went to her home, it takes me 1 hour. I take off the subway station and walk to her home, it cost me 20 minutes to walk. When they want to go out, they have the car, they don’t think the subway station is so far, but I can’t accept the distance.
