my daughter is in public school, so we have to choose a English academy outside, to let her to learn more English, speaking, writing, reading. I think it’s important to learn more than they studied at school, because the curriculum in her school is very basic. The sentence is not very useful and different from which the foreigners really talk about. The English academy in China usually teach more speaking English for the kids. My husband’s English is better than me, he very care about education for my daughter, he thinks reading and writing is more important. So he teach the English using the curriculum of the USA.

Revised

my daughter is in public school, so we have to consider/seek for another English academy/ institution outside, to help her to learn more English in speaking, writing, reading. I think it’s important to learn more English than they do at school, because the curriculum in her school is very basic. The sentences are not very practical and the sentences are different than what foreigners really use in every day life. The English institutions in China usually focus more on speaking/oral English for the kids. My husband’s English is better than me, he is very concerned about our daughter’s education, he thinks reading and writing are more important. So he wants our daughter to learn the English using the American curriculum. of the USA.

If the company/business enlarges and expands, the company will have more and more employees, they will have conflicts of interest, they will encounter/face/ come across office politics. When you want to promote to a higher position, maybe there will be unspoken/hidden rules, different industries will have different situations.
