Vocabulary

1.break up with= 和（     ）分手
broke up =分手了
ex: Lily broke up with her ex-boyfriend two years ago.
ex: I broke up with my ex-boyfriend for 6 years, but I have his WeChat.
ex: Did you break up with him? 你和他分手了吗？

2. admit (verb)= 承认
ex: I admit that I don’t like him anymore.
ex: He admitted that he delivered a gift for his friend.

3. cheat on (someone)= 劈腿
cheat on (thing/ test)  (verb) =作弊
ex: I think he cheated on me, but I have no proof 证据.
ex: I hate married men who cheat on their wife.

4. scumbag= 渣男
ex: He is a scumbag because he cheated on my colleague.
ex: There are a lot of scumbags around me.

5.    deliver (verb)= 送达
delivery (noun)= 一个快递／包裹
delivery man =快递员
ex:  I got a delivery yesterday morning, I bought a box of beer.
ex: The package will be delivered next week.

6. throw away/ pick up =扔掉／捡起来
threw away/ picked up 扔掉了／捡了
ex: Could you throw away the garbage please?
ex: I threw away some old clothes.

7.  get/ receive= 得到／收到
got/ received =得到了 收到了
ex: I got a gift= I received a gift

8. concerned of (verb)= 在意
ex: my mom was very concerned of my grades in school.
ex: I’m very concerned of myself, of my body and makeup.

9. (neither)…. nor= 也不 ／也没有
ex: I have neither time nor money. 
ex: I neither drink, nor smoke. 
ex: she didn’t come home that night, nor the night after that.

it’s May 20 yesterday, somebody gave my colleague a bouquet of rose, my colleague doesn’t like it. He is my colleague’s ex-boyfriend. My colleague’s ex-boyfriend cheat on her, so they broke up. The roses were delivered to the beauty salon. My colleague doesn’t like the flower and her ex-boyfriend, her want to throw away the flowers. We do a interesting things for flowers. We ripped the petal piece by piece. Her ex-boyfriend hate us.

Another girl got a gift from her friend, The gift is chocolate set. This girl doesn’t like the chocolate nor him. She told us help her to eat the chocolate, another colleague bite the chocolate, and the taste was terrible.

I got a cake and a red pocket. Everyday, somebody bought some food or juice for us. Before, my colleague like bought milk tea, but I don’t like it because I do exercises. Many girls in our beauty salon, so they are concerned of their body.
