the most important one is job responsibility, what kind of stuff I’m going to do for this job. If I’m going to a famous company, they have a lot of advance business, then you can try new things. Second one is work atmosphere, how the colleagues will be and also my line manager, how good she is. Is she/he professional? I think a good manager is who can support you when you face difficulties or challenges from other departments, they can also coach you.
