I never worked for a company which any boss didn’t require to work overtime. Basically, I just used to working overtime since my graduation. At beginning, sometimes I would push by the program/boss, not for money, because we don’t get paid much. I currently work for a cosmetic company, which is facing a serious competition in the industry. Sometimes I think the person who is qualified for a job like me has to have a strong self-motivation. You have to initiate yourself to create things. No one pushes me to work overtime, still we have a lot of work. I like my work, I like my brand. Everyone want our brand to go to a better future. It is sacrificing your own health, sometimes we just can’t help. I think it’s just culture of our company, if you don’t work hard, you will be eliminated and be easily replaced by others.

In the beginning, I was pushed by the project/boss, I didn’t do OT for the money, because we don’t get paid much.
