Speaking exercise

My boss gave me a difficult task. My colleague sent a delivery to Japan last month by Fedex. Before she sent the delivery, she called the seller to ask the price about the delivery. The seller said, it costs 10,000. The problem is when the client received the delivery. FedEx told them it costs 50,000, we don’t know why this furniture become very expensive. Our client didn’t want to pay it, and said it’s pay in China, it will be cheaper than in Japan, but my boss didn’t want to pay it too, because it is very expensive. Fedex gave us the payment, the quantity and the weighs, we don’t know how did they get this price. My colleague said the seller was send email to her last month, including the price, but now she can’t find the email. I think we need to ask Fedex about the price and weights, because my colleague said the actual weight is 440 kg, but there is 550 kg in the payment. I think it is wrong, I think FedEx will not admit the fault.

I have no idea about it, I don’t know how can I solve this problem. It’s very difficult, but my boss ask me to solve it by next week. I think the furnitures were customized  , there are no reference, we don’t have proof for the wights.

My colleague said the seller sent an email confirmation to her last month, including the price, but now she can’t find the email. I think we need to ask Fedex about the price and weights, because my colleague said the actual weight is 440 kg, but they charged us 550kg in the bill. I think it is wrong, FedEx will not admit the mistake.
