Last evening, I had an argument with my dad. If he goes out with his friend, they talk about my work. My father said I quitted my old job and found a new one. His friend said it is a wrong choice, because my old company has a stable environment, and it is a listed company. He thinks I can promote if I stay there for a long time. My father agrees with his friend, when he came home, he lectured me but I don’t want to hear this. So I argued with him and he was angry, then we didn’t talk to each other anymore. Today I talked to him because he made lunch for me.

I don’t think so, because my leader wants unstable employees, my position is a simple work, if she doesn’t want employee work on this position for a long time. She afraid the female employee pregnant. She wants save the cost because if the female employee pregnant, the company must give them some benefits. So the leader told to my manager, if the employee wants to leave the company, let them go. If the female employee doesn’t want to leave the company, they will give her more work. Some work is not include her responsibilities. They gave more work to my ex colleague, she can’t stand it, so she left the company. They asked me to finish work from administration, but I am HR. They asked me to sign contract with 200 people, and everyone has to sign 3 contracts and 2 documents. It means I need to print more than 600 documents. I need to stamp every contract and agreement. I think they want to let me leave the company, so they do give me this duty.

In September, there is a Mid Autumn Festival, the administration manager asked me to send the mooncake to everyone. I said it is not my responsibility, she said I told your manager and she agreed with it. So I asked my manager. My manager said ” I didn’t say anything”. So I told t o the administration manager, “my manager didn’t agree with you”. Then she told my leader. My leader was annoyed and argued with my manager.

I was on board on the first November, the boss is strict. I think he is fair, if I finish the work, he doesn’t say anything. The company is less than 20 staffs, everyone is so busy so they won’t frame you.
