tired= person= 觉得很累
ex: I am tired from working all day.

tiring= thing 累人的
ex: the business trip is so tiring.

bored= nothing to do  闲的
boring= 无趣的
ex: He is a very boring man, he has no social life.
ex: he’s bored at home, he’s just watching TV.

Vocabulary

1.peak hour= the busiest time 高峰期
ex: You shouldn’t travel during peak hours, from 7-10.
ex: During peak hour, you will have a lot of traffic.

2. cheap (person)= 抠 doesn’t want to spend money
(thing)= low price
ex: he’s so cheap, he never takes me to fine dining.
ex: The socks are really cheap, they are at a good price.

3. outnumber =数目超过
ex: English speakers outnumber Chinese speakers.

4. protagonist = main character
ex: Batman is the protagonist of the movie.

5. antagonist = main bad character
ex: Joker is the antagonist.

6. management level = 行政级别
ex: If you want to be promoted to the management level, then you need to work hard.

7. reimburse (verb)= give back the money
ex: When I go on a business trip, the company will reimburse the flight and the hotel expense.

8. participate =参与
join= 加入
ex: he will participate in the brainstorming.

It’s a long term project, not one proposal can finish it. Every week, our team should update our process and report to our boss. This week, we will report the process on Thursday in Beijing. If we have important meeting, all of key members should go to Beijing. If you want to have a business trip in your position, I suggest you to some positions that need to report to the whole company. Our sales teams based on three different cities. For me, I should go to different cities with different departments to communicate things or business. If the marketing position is only responsible for the regional marketing, you won’t have enough time to go on a business trip.

Northerners, they look down on people. When they do something, they are very slow, they never push it. When we work with southerners, most of them just focus on the project. We work out an result together, so I think working with Southerners is smoother than Northerners. In the Shanghai office, the staffs are more direct when they need to express their opinions.
