I haven’t a long term goal= I don’t have a long term goal.

haven’t 不是 没有—-> 没有=don’t have
haven’t + past past tense
ex: I haven’t + been to Japan 
ex: I haven’t + seen Judy for 2 years. 

good= describe a noun
well= describe a verb

ex: She’s a good dancer, she dances well. 
ex: He’s a good teacher, he teaches very well. 

Vocabulary

1. ticket (noun)= 罚单
ex: I got a ticket this morning because I was speeding

2. speeding= when you drive too fast

I meet my cousin a few days ago on National Holiday, they went to Dubai with my friend. He told me they want to travel easy so they rent a car, then they have some traffic mistake and they need to pay the money for it, maybe 8000 yuan.

We have a new colleague, he is the fresh graduate, he always use his smart in some wrong place, and he is so lazy. Maybe you give him three work, he can just finish half. Something you told him many times, he will tell you he never heard, he is so hard to train. But we need people to do the common work, if we fire him, we will no people to use. I don’t need you to do very well, but you need to try your best, this is most important. He never to set a position for himself, he thinks he can finish this very good and never thought. Other fresh graduates, they don’t know how to do it, but if you told him the way, they will follow the right way. He is different, when he meet some trouble he can’t deal with, he will find some lazy ways. You need to pay more attention on him. We told him you need to practice everyday, and take picture for us in our WeChat team, so we can know he practiced today. He will take two pictures one day, and another day send the same one.

Today we find he did one kind of practice and always the same score. For maybe one week, all the same score, and he never find why I get the same score. Today we find the problem because the test paper is wrong.

We have a new colleague, he is a fresh graduate, he always uses his wisdom in a wrong way, and he is so lazy. If he needs to do three tasks/ jobs, he can only finish half. If you tell him something for many times, he will tell you he’s never heard of it before, he is so hard to train. But we need people to do the daily work, if we fire him, we will have no one to use. I don’t need you to do everything very well, but you need to try your best, this is the most important thing. He never to sets a goal for himself, he thinks he can finish this very well and never thought. Compared to other fresh graduates, if they don’t know how to do it, but if you told him the way, they will follow your directions. He is different, when he comes across some troubles that he can’t deal with, he will find some lazy ways. You need to pay more attention to him. We told him you need to practice everyday, and take picture for us in our WeChat group so we can know his progress.
