Vocabulary

1.exhibition = 展览
expo= 大展会 （世博会）
ex: I went to an expo in CQ to learn about event planning.

2. chaos (noun)= 混乱 (K os)
ex: It was a chaos in HK. The people rebelled against the police.
ex: It was a chaos last night, the police came and checked on us.

3. resource (noun)= 资源
ex: She has lots of resources, she has a big social circle.

4. on drugs = 嗑药
ex: She’s on drugs, that’s why she’s high.
ex: A lot of people are on drugs, we can’t control them.

5. ridiculous= 夸张的
ex: She told the policemen that they could not drink, it was ridiculous.

6. criminal record= 案底
ex: if you hit and run, you will have permanent criminal record.

7. weed/ marijunana = 大麻
ex: smoke weed= 抽大麻

8. permanent= 永久性的
ex: permanent marker= 记号笔
ex: this is an oil stain 污渍, it’s permanent, you cannot wash it off.

9. temporarily = 暂时的
ex: This is my temporarily residence(住宿）, I will move out next week.
ex: This is my temporarily job, I will leave Shanghai in 2 weeks.

Last month, I went to CQ for the exhibition. We came back to SH to start our event for the North Bund. Everyday we work day and night, and I throw up. We met so many problems this event, no power. The festival work is too slowly. We had no time to start our work. It was so funny, because the bridge was broken. We need to stay up. Our manage was a chaos. At that time, I felt I was going to die. My heart beating quickly.

Last month, I went to CQ for the expo. We came back to SH to start our event for the North Bund. Everyday we work day and night, and I threw up. We encountered/ came across so many problems in this event, we had a power outage. The festival progressed slowly is too slowly. We had no time to start our work. It was so funny, because the bridge was broken. We need to stay up to finish our job. Our management team was a chaos. At that time, I felt like I was going to die. My heart was beating quickly.
