I didn’t eat any rice or noodles, I eat corn instead, it worked. My husband doesn’t like do exercise with me, he has a 2 trainers. One is for exercise, one is for relaxing. He has another trainer who relax for him. Every time he goes to gym for over 3 hours. I’m going to Korea with my husband and two of my best friends at the end of this month. We go there only for buying. I want to buy some new clothes so I’m trying to lose weight. One of my friends, she is a buyer, she will buy everything. My brother’s wife has a very best friends, she studies do face in Korea. Last year, I went to her store to do my face, she just massage. For 2 weeks you can see smaller. My brother’s wife told me “her face is fake”.
