Vocabulary

1.choose = 选择
chose= 选择了
ex: I chose you because you are nice to me.
ex: I can’t choose between you and Tom.

2. knock =敲
ex: knock the door
ex: do you knock the door when you go home?

3. in the morning
in the afternoon
at night
ex: In the morning, I will take my bag to work.
ex: I will go to PuDong at night/tonight to cut and dye my hair.

4. hairdresser = 理发师💇
ex: my hairdresser works in Pudong.

5. frustrated (adj)= 烦躁的
ex: I am very frustrated because my mother-in-law is coming.

6. mother-in-law= 婆婆 老公的妈妈
father-in-law= 公公 老公的爸爸
ex: there are some problems with every mother-in-law. 

7. pack (verb)= 整理
ex: I’m still packing= 我还在理东西／理行李
ex: did you finish packing? =你理好了嘛？

8. luggage/ baggage= 行李 ／ 箱子
ex: I have 2 luggages. 我有两个行李
ex: oversize baggage =超重行李

9. one-time use/ disposable =一次性的
ex: Some people like to buy disposable underwear when they travel.

insect repellent (noun)= 驱虫剂

power outage= 停电

ex: There is a power outage, I cannot see anything, it’s so dark.

14. make a plan =做计划
plan (verb)= 做计划
ex: I don’t like to make a plan because I’m lazy.
ex: I don’t like to plan because I’m lazy.

15. dark/ tanned= 形容皮肤黑
ex: did you get tanned? 你晒黑了吗
ex: you look darker than before 你比以前黑了

16. light/ fair/ pale苍白= 形容皮肤白
ex: you are so light! nonono, you are lighter than me!
ex: You have very fair skin= 你皮肤很白皙
ex: Lily are you ok? You look a little pale.

This weekend, I was very frustrated because I haven’t finish packing. Next Friday,  I will go to Czech Republic, 3 countries. I don’t do anything. I don’t check weather, take shoes or clothes. I might discussing with my friend tonight and we are talking how many things are don’t want to taking. Next Monday, I will buy some clothes for once. We will take some insect repellents, we might take a portable boiler but maybe I don’t use it. Before I want to plan some travel plan but I have no time to do it, now I was white paper.

This weekend, I was very frustrated because I haven’t finished packing/ haven’t packed (yet). Next Friday,  I will go to Czech Republic and two other countries. I didn’t prepare anything (yet). I didn’t check the weather, I don’t know what shoes/ clothes to wear/bring. take shoes or clothes. I might discuss with my friend tonight and we will talk about how many things we need to bring/ take/ buy. Next Monday, I will buy some disposable clothes for once. We will bring some insect repellents, we might bring a portable boiler but maybe I will not/won’t use it. Before I want to make some travel plan but I have no time to do it, I’m blank.
