Vocabulary

1.meal replacement= 代餐
ex: A lot of people will eat meal replacements to keep fit.
ex: I tried meal replacement when I was very young, I didn’t like it.

2. balcony= 阳台
ex: Lily works out in the balcony every morning to lose weight.

3. work out (verb)= 健身
ex: how often do you work out? Maybe once a week.
ex: I work out in the gym.

4. powder= 粉
ex: protein powder =蛋白粉

5. swollen= 肿的
ex: her face is very swollen because she just did laser 激光
ex: When Lucy was pregnant, her feet were swollen.

6. wrinkles= 皱纹
ex: my biggest fear are my wrinkles

7. downtime= 恢复期
ex: The downtime is about 2-3 days, so she could go back to work soon.
ex: My downtime was 7 days, so I had to stay home for a week.

My friend is in KBL, but they usually in one shop and this shop is for 20 members, so they work together but they sold the medicine for themselves. I only buy the KBL but not sell. I think it may be good but need to eat for a long time. I think eat this is better than not eat this. You need eat meal replacement twice a day, but I only eat their medicine once one day, so I can’t keep weight. I don’t like eat this, I only eat this for breakfast, but not lunch or dinner. My friend told me I eat the one time one day, I can keep the health.

I can’t go Korea because typhoon. Next time maybe in November, I will go to Korea. My designer, she do the face, but she don’t like because the face is swollen.

I only buy the KBL but I don’t sell them. I think it may be effective but I need to eat it for a long time. I think eating this is better than not eating this. My friend told me that if I eat once a day, I can’t lose weight.
