Vocabulary

1. across the street= 马路对面
ex: I am across the street at JiuGuang.
ex:  Angela is sitting across from me.

2. devastated (adj)= 绝望
ex: She feels devastated when she found out that she was pregnant.

3. pregnant (adj)= 怀孕 to describe woman who is having a baby in her tummy
ex: My student just got pregnant for 3 months.
ex: You cannot drink when you are pregnant. 

4. sashimi= 刺生🍣
ex: I couldn’t eat sashimi when I was pregnant, I was so depressed.

5. overtime (OT)= to work extra hours

6.divorce = 离婚, break up in a marriage
ex: They got divorced last year, they now live a happy life.
ex: I want a divorce because I’m not happy.

7. misunderstanding = 误会
ex: there were some misunderstandings between us.
ex: He misunderstood me.

8. virgin =无酒精饮料
ex: Do you have anything virgin? 
ex: Can you make it virgin? 

9. admission ticket = 入场券🎫
ex: We paid 100 yuan for the admission ticket.

10. sparkling (drink)= 气泡饮料
ex: sparkling water= 气泡水
ex: sparkling wine= 气泡酒

11. pouring = *倒下来* 很大很大的雨🌧️
ex: It was pouring outside

I didn’t go to the gym for one week, it was busy week. My good friend went to Turkey to see her friend. She married but she went to travel met a Turkish man. She so love this man. She husband know this man, she wants to divorce with her husband. This time, she husband gave her money to meet the Turkish man. The Turkish man didn’t meet her, some misunderstanding. I think Turkish man know she married and have a daughter and different country.

I went to Turkey with this friend, I want to talk her “you can stop”. I saw his picture, just so-so. But my friend like. She stays four days at Turkey. She hang out alone. She delete he WeChat. My friend came back to the beauty salon to see me. I wanted to go to the gym but she told me “Angela, can you stay with me?” She want to go to the jazz club. She and her husband waiting for me to finish work. We went to IAPM to eat 小笼包. Her husband drove to the jazz club. We paid 100 yuan for the admission ticket, we just stand. She husband paid 2000 for the sofa. She ordered sparkling wine. We stayed there till 2 am. It was pouring outside. In fact, I was really tired.
