Writing exercise

Yesterday afternoon, I went to play badminton with my husband and his friends. My husband and his other male friend both are playing very well.I am not playing well in badminton so most of the time I am just watching. My husband used the rest time to tell me some rules about badminton and he told me that if I play badminton twice a week, I will improve a lot.
This morning when I opened my eyes, I suddenly found out that I was sore and could not turn over myself. I think it must be that I played badminton for too long yesterday, My muscle is hurt,so I can only move myself slowly.
…… it too hurts.
