1，What we should eat to stay healthy?

In my point of view, I think it would be heathy for people to eat more vegetables and fruits because they have a lot of vitamins.Meanwhile ,eggs and meat are also essential for people,because they can give us more energy and strength .

2,Will people’s diet change in the future?

Yes, I think so.Everything is changing in our daily lives,people have many choices for food nowadays,such as Chinese food,Japanese food and so on .Take my experience for an example ,my first time went to India, I did not like curry ,but two years later, I went to India second time, I found that I almost can enjoy India foods!Now I like curry especially the vegetable curry.Hence, I think people’s diet will change in the future.

Yes, I think so.Everything is changing in our daily lives,people have many choices for food. nowadays, we have a variety of food such as Chinese food,Japanese food and so on .Take my experience for an example , the first time I went to India, I did not like curry ,but two years later, I went to India for the second time, I found that I can almost enjoy Indian foods! 3,Describe a celebration you recently participated in?

I involved in a celebration two months ago. It was my student’s birthday. We celebrated in our classroom at night,my students bought a big cake for him and gave him a surprise,because he forgot his birthday !We turned off the lights and （lighted) the candles ,then we sing the happy birthday song together and eat cake. The atmosphere was kind and happy.It was a good memory of us.

4,Tell me more about traditions and celebrations ,what role do traditional ceremonies play in the social life of people in your country?

I would like to tell you about the Chinese New Years Day ,it is the most important tradition and celebration in my country. We will have a long holidays and come back to our hometown to together with the whole family.
There are many roles in the celebration,such as we need to sleep till middle night at the end of the old year and get up early in the first day of the new year!We couldn’t do housework at the first day,couldn’t use （scissors剪刀）at the second day, couldn’t use （needle and thread针线）at the third day,what we need to do is just relax and together with our family members.

I would like to tell you about the Chinese New Years Day ,it is the most important tradition and celebration in my country. We will have a long holidays and go back to our hometown to together to spend time with the whole family.

Oh, To eat dumplings in Chinese New Years Day is a important tradition for my grandparents. At the special days about our village,there could be a big celebration in public,(opera戏曲）would be play for 7days,my grandparents liked to see opera very much.When I was young they had taken me to see opera,even though I couldn’t understand ,I also liked to watch because they are very beautiful!Nowadays this tradition has changed,people just see opera on TV or go to theatre ,villages are disappearing. It is really a pity.

For my grandparent’s village, there would be a big celebration in public,(opera戏曲）would be play for 7days,my grandparents liked to see opera very much.When I was young they took/brought me to see opera even though I couldn’t understand ,I liked to watch them because they were very beautiful! Nowadays this tradition has changed,people just see opera on TV or go to the theatre to watch movies ,villages are disappearing. It is really a pity.

Of course first tradition is the Chinese New Years Day,I think it will be continue to celebrate in the future forever,it’s the most important day for Chinese whatever where they are. The other traditions such as （Lantern Festival),（Dragon Boat Festival) and （Mid-Autumn Festival) ,they are essential for us and we likely to continue to celebrate in the future.
