Do you think colleagues can also be your friends?

I have three best friends, they are my colleagues. they under me. It’s hard to do this because in our sales business, there are more pressures in work. Most times, I have to push them and command/manage them . I must be serious. In the happy hour, I am friendly with them. So I must change the way to treat them.  The hardest problem is that if they do the best, and I want to promote them. Many staffs will say they can promote because they are Shadow’s best friends. So sometimes, they promote slowly than other people. I think they love me, they want work with me until retirement.

this is a tough question. Although it is hard to take colleagues as your bosom friends, I still think I have some very nice colleagues who are sincere and helpful. however I believe there are still some distinctions between friends and colleagues. First, colleagues are those whom you work with and compete with. Sometimes it is a little bit hard to weigh the relationship between colleagues. On the other hand, friends are those who you would trust, rely upon, and crack jokes. There is no material gain among friends.

My friends always say that maybe Shadow has 48 hours a day, because they think I can complete many missions/ tasks in a day. Every week I work out 3 times, learn English 2 times, be with my kid for 2 days and work for 5 days, and I also hang out with my friends or my husband, at the same time I don’t miss out any popular events . Lots of my colleagues want to know how can I do it and not feel tired. First, you have to have/make a plan for every month every week every day/ make a monthly agenda, and you have to finish them. Second, you need to use your time wisely, like that every morning I put on my makeup and listen to the recording of sales management knowledge. Finally you have to be physically fit to do these things, so you must work out at least 150 minutes a week. Maybe somebody will say why do you have to be so tired, I want to respond to him: because I have so much to do and so little time. I’m greedy, I want a career, I want a family and I want my life, so I can only make the most of every minute and sleep less.
