2. appropriate (adj)= 适当的 合适的
ex: Is it appropriate to wear T-shirt right now?
ex: It’s not appropriate to play with your phone in class.
ex: it’s appropriate to wear a sweater in winter.
3. steps= 步骤
ex: if you want to make a cake, there are 10 steps.

4. approaching = coming
ex: winter is approaching, I am very happy.
5. vehicle (noun) = car
ex: there are lots of vehicles on the street.

ex: If you want to sell something, you need to know your target audience.

ex: it’s effective to brush your teeth after you eat, then you won’t eat anything else.

There are a few things to remember before crossing the road. Watch the signal. Cross only when it tell you to cross. Do not run. walk at an appropriate pace. Follow these steps: stop, look, listen. Stop at the side of the road. Look both ways. Listen for approaching vehicles.
