Vocabulary

1.one of the XXs= 其中一个XX
ex: she’s one of my best friends. 
ex: this cup is one of my favorite cups. 
ex: One of the bears looks at us.

2. entrance= 入口
ex: I will wait for you at the mall entrance.
ex: I will wait for you at the maze entrance. 

3. melt (verb)= 融化
ex: the ice-cream is melting, you should finish it!
ex: the snowman melts because the sun is up.

4. corner= 角落
ex: I hit the corner of the table.
ex: I hit the corner of the chair.

5. except =除了
ex: I like all kinds of fruits except for durians.
ex:  I like all kinds of vegetables except for tomatoes.

6. choice= 选择
ex: you have two choices, A and B.
ex: You have four choices of food.

We went to the movies last night. They both like skiing. Melissa likes collecting coins. She keeps them in a big jar. My family and I are visiting Calgary this summer. It is in Alberta. I don’t know where the restaurant is. Could you show me the way?
