Firstly, I don’t think the MK is a big company because I helping have been at ZT corp for 4 years. But the shortcomings of this company is you are a little element in this type of co. and you have little opportunity to have oversee of the whole company and the whole process. So the business view in big company is smaller. So your professional experiences are limited in a bigger company versus a smaller company.

I want to join a startup. The positives in a small company, you can control something, for example. You can start a whole new project. And you can make your own decisions. But the shortcomings of this… if you are in a small company, everything for you is new. When you start a job you will have to find new guidelines, you have to make this process from zero [scratch].
