I have a good command in dealing with interpersonal relationship. And I do not have to struggle with making new friends. As far as I am concerned, there are there points in widening our social circle and making truly friends.

Firstly. Stepping out our comfort zone and being confident. It goes without saying that making new friends is playing a critical role in our social life. In a sense, it will enrich our emotional life and give us some benefits. However, there are still some people having a hard time in making new friends and maintaining a good relationship with their partner. Some people do not like to accept new challenges and try to step out their comfort zone, which will confine their social circle. For example, many graduates in China tend to choose a steady job and settle down. When they choose the fixed profession and follow the stereotypes, their circle is limited. There is no chance for them to touch the fresh thing and expand their interpersonal networks. Of course, confidence also plays an important role in making new friends. One important character of confidence is the desire to communicate and telling our own ideas. We could find a lot in common with our friends by communicating.

Secondly, being honest will gain credibility and win the favor of our friends. According to a survey, integrity will increase people’s sense of safety in our daily life. People tend to choose those who are more reliable as their friends, since the friends could give us certainties.

At last, being pleased to solve your friends problem and giving them some sincere suggestion. My friends prefer to turn to me and find some comforts. Every time they tried to complain about their own stuff, I would like to listen to their feelings and told them my perspectives. Sometimes, maybe we would have some debates, but it dose not matter. On the contrary, it will convey a meaning that I am concerned about their feelings. I tried to be a good listener in our relationship. Moreover, some experience will strengthen our friendship band. We could start some business or participate in some contest if we have some ideas in common. It could creat something differ in our life.
