Vocabulary

1.multi-task= do several things at the same time
ex: I like to multi-task because I don’t like to waste time.

2. age discrimination= 年龄歧视
ex: Age discrimination is a big problem in the work force.

3. judge (verb)＝ 评判
ex: it’s hard not to judge others.
ex: don’t judge me, you know nothing about me.

4. speechless (adj) = didn’t what to say
ex: I was speechless when he said I was stupid.

5. perspectives/ values (noun) = 观点／价值观
ex: we don’t share the common values.

6. vague (adj)= not clear
ex: she’s always vague about what she wants.
ex: Her instructions are so vague that I don’t understand what she wants.

A: My age is one of the weakness because for my job, I always work with older people the old generation. If they don’t know my age so they’re very confused. When we talk, they will ask “Are you born in the 90s?”. (You’re born in 90 generation). I will answer the question “no”, I was born in the 2000s. So I think age is the big problem for me. I don’t think I can fake who I’m not, so I always shut my mouth.
