Grammar

beat – beat (irregular verb past tense)

A group of superhero were defeated by Thanos in the third movie and they lost half of their friend. Five years later, they found a way to collect the stones in the past to save the world. So they do that and they bring the people that disappeared before back to the world. But, Thanos also went to their time by the time machine. They have war. In the end, Ironman used six stones destroy Thanos’ army but he died. So they succeed.

One of them used the time stone to see fourteen billion possibility in the future and he only see one. I think it isn’t the right opinion because even half of the population dies and the world may not be better and many people’s life will be difficult. The world cannot function properly.

Last weekends, I joined a fancing competition. This was my first time to join a competition about sports. I was very nervous. I’m new in fancing. My rivals has been learning fancing for two or three years. I beated one of rivals successfully but I was defeated in the second competition. Even I was defeated in the competition, I had a good time on that day.

My rivals/competitors have been learning to fence for two to three years. I beat one of my rivals successfully but I was defeated in the second competition. Even though, I was defeated in the competition, I had a good time on that day.
