The highlight of my week was to finish work at 12 midnight because I have been working overtime from Monday-Friday. On Friday, I worked until 1 after midnight. I had to finish the work on Friday since it is the end of the project. Yes, I am happy that I finished my job.

Sometimes, I have to go to work dinner parties with my colleagues. I like it because it is free. Last month I had dinner with my colleagues because my direct manager was leaving the company. I think I am used to the experience because I have experience seen three managers leave the company.

They give me advice on my current job. I feel that it keeps me motivated to continue this job. I think that I will lose something if I change jobs.

I have been working in my current job for four years. I want to change to another field but after talking to my manager’s friends I made a decision to stay. I research on the human body to see the effect of drugs on the human body. I do not want to do research now, I want to do something about drug regulations. I have to know the Chinese regulations on drugs.

I can apply but the chances of getting the position is little/small.  It is hard to change from one department to another.

The project is in many countries. If you become a manager you have to report the progress in China to the global team. The global team will assign the Chinese team some work and you must finish the work before the deadline.

Now I don’t use many professional words because the job now is about operations and how to get things done.Â
