fair/equal treatment

contradict – when you say one thing, but you do the opposite

ex. They told us to treat everyone fairly, but their actions always contradict what they said.

sweep it under the carpet/rug – to ignore, deny or hide from the public because it can be damaging to your reputation

bring sth to light – to make something known/to reveal or disclose sth

ex. I would like to bring this issue to light.
