talking about facts

-use the present tense

ex. My cousins earns 7000 a month.

he/she/it in the present tense: add -s or -es 

ex. He/She/It           plays/sings/makes/earns/watches 

My company fired somebody and this girl is very young.

My company fired this girl and she is very young.
