arrive in time – at exactly the right time

ex. She always arrives to school in time for the first class.

daily – every day

ex. Most people have daily meetings in the morning.

day off– a day when you don’t go to work

ex. Tuesdays are my day off.

I plan my time for the weekend on Fridays – every Friday

Grammar

adverbs of frequency/how often

100% – always 90% – usually 80% – frequently 70% – often 50% – sometimes 30% – occassionally 10% – seldom 5% – rarely 0% – never

beginning/end of a sentence

ex. Usually, I wake up at 7/I wake up at 7 usually.

adverbs of time 

today/yesterday/tomorrow/soon/month/week/later/now

ex. I will see you later.

ex. Let’s meet later today.

ex. She went on holiday last month.

I often eat out/I eat out often 

I join my friends for a party once a week.

I call my parents 3 times a week.

I take a rest/have a day off on Wednesdays.
