using “who” if you want to give details about sbd – same as which/that

ex. The news is about a man who died from cancer.

ex. There is a 28-year-old who got kidnapped at the factory last night.

Recently I heard a big issue is a 23 years old girl was dead, because of working over time. Nowadays internet company employees always working over time has become a universal phenomenon. I think after the accident, the company regulations will get well. However, the company become a hot topic again on internet. A engineer who was the company employee , uploaded a video,He said he was fired ,because he anonymously posted a photo which is a colleague was taken away by ambulance and wrote down”the second warrior fell down”. the next day his leader and hr talked with him, they think he published some comment, it takes some bad influence for company. In the video, he also told us some unfair rules in the company, for example employees must work 300 hours at least every month. The video has sparked a heated discussion.

However, the company became a hot topic again on the internet. An engineer who was the company employee , uploaded a video. He said he was fired because he anonymously posted a photo of a colleague who was taken away by an ambulance and he wrote down”the second warrior fell down”. On the next day, his leader and HR had a chat/word with him. They think that the post he published, had brought some negative publicity for the company. In the video, he also shared some unfair rules in the company, for example employees must work at least 300 hours every month. The video has sparked a heated discussion.
