What can I eat every day? 

A: More vegetables, fruits and good oils. Less carb and sugar, more proteins

For breakfast, you can eat some protein like eggs, milk or oats. For lunch, you can eat some meat like, beef, lamb and white meat (fish, shrimp, chicken breast).

For dinner, you can eat more vegetables or fruits.

You can less fruit but make sure enough vegetables
