Vocabulary

looks easy – when you see it, it’s easy, but when you do it, it’s not

look up/tilt your head up  – look at the ceiling/what’s above

pull your toes up – put it upwards

place your hands further down -put

It’s good for/not good for + ….

Can you repeat the question/repeat/say again? – do/say again

Can you slow down, please?  – speak/do something slowly

Can you speak louder? – make your voice louder

We know each other very well – you have known someone for a long time

Can we change/postpone/reschedule the time from Sunday to Saturday

The time for today’s class has been postponed/changed/rescheduled to Friday.

Today’s class has been delayed to 6 o’clock/PM – push back to a later time

Today’s class has been moved forwards/earlier to 4 PM

Can we have the class earlier today at 4 PM?

Grammar

strengthen – verb 

ex. Strengthen your core by doing planks.

strong – adj 

ex. You will get stronger if you do this every week.

at – time

ex. at 4 o’clock/PM/ 4:15/4:30

Now, do the plank. You can strengthen your core (muscles). You need to hold for one minute.

Straighten your back. (It’s good for people who sit for too long) 

Put your back against the wall (your back is touching the wall)

The price according to different class. Maybe small group or private class. Small group classes cost 123 for 10 classes. Private classes cost 123 for 30 classes.
