ex. Chrismas Day is on the end of the year. 

The book given to him is new/He is given a new book.

Speaking exercise

First, we need to warm up our + body part (arms/legs/neck). Stretch your legs for 30 secs/1 minute like this (show them).

Next/Then/After, we need to stretch our arms for 30 secs like this (show them).

Finally/Lastly, we finish the warm up by stretching our + body part.  

Cooking instructions:

verb + noun + time/direction 

-First, chop the onions, boil the vegetables

Yoga instructions:

-First, stretch (verb)  your joints (noun)  for 1 minute (time) 

Turn your neck to the left/right + for 1 minute

-Next, twist your wrists for 30 seconds

-After that, we focus on our posture 

– Do/Perform the Down Dog/ABC position, hold this position for 3-5 minutes
