What are some of your professional goals?

As i said our company is not a local company and I want to speak English as well as my colleagues. I need to frequently use English. We discuss in English about the projects in other countries. Sometimes I will be listening to a conversation at work and then I will want to fall asleep. Good communication with our team and high level clients.
