In my building, you can work out in a gym or take a lesson in yoga. Yeah, I take yoga classes at my work building/ office building. It is very painful. The classes are 40 minutes in length. I usually take a class there twice a week. I have not to go to the gym for a month, it’s a long time. —-> I have not been to the gym for a month, it’s been a long time. (be in—> been) 

A training can help me to write a training plan but you must also to _______
