You have complete the project in very short time, and have to use English to present something. I have a lot of English workshop, sometimes I have to share some proposal and be involved in the discussion. For example, my client had their global headquarter visit last month, so I have to help them to prepare a lot of materials to present the digital advertising environment in China. I have to prepare some digital advertising trends, some show cases.

Every team member is very nice, they work very hard. Almost everyone is willing to learn new things. I’m happy with the team. As a team leader, I am patient, I’m willing to teach them when they have mistake, and I always try to inspire them.
