I think the Bachelor Degree is definitely important. After graduation,I think we should go to college again if we go abroad, because we can get more experience，study difference culture and colleges. Certainly, we must to go to the most famous college. If we don’t do that, i think go to work directly is better.

I think the Bachelor Degree is definitely important for getting a promotion in most companies. After graduation, I think we should continue to post-graduate studies / get a masters / go to college again if we go abroad, because we can get more experience, knowledge and study different cultures. Certainly, we must go to the most famous college but if we don’t do that, i think going to work directly / straight out of university is better.

there was nothing to work, just look the profile of this company, just look at that. I must knew this company what stuff they do. I should meet my colleagues and talk with my boss and he gave me what the things I should to do. I think I’m a little nervous. I think it’s important if that’s a good day and that day I focus on my dress. I joined many meeting and get more information about this company and I think the first week I just meeting with this departments and that department. I think the training just review the profile of the company and some rules. On the first half of year it isn’t difficult but I have more and more works and too busy and I think it is to be more difficult.
