There are a lot of on-line talks and videos about how to control emotion. It is unavoidable that people confront with tough or tricky problems.But the out of control emotion is obviouly no helpful to releasing pressure, futhermore, it can lead bad things to worse result. Here are serveral tips about how to calm down and make rational dicision when you are about to get out of control. Firstly,you should take serveral deep breaths and make self slow down. Then, do not make dicision immediately even without thinking a minute. After that, get yourself out of the enviroment in which the tough things happened. Some research shows that Chewing gum, listening smooth music and looking distancing views are also helpful for keeping emotion stability.

one habits im sure it is good because my ability of remembering is not good im sure so if there is something i have to do in work or in daily life i will write them down in the notebook or set an alarm clock because i don’t trust my ability of remembering. if in the office i have a note on the table i will write something down on my note or in daily life or on the way or out of the office, the places or the time i have no notebook with myself i will set the alarm clock on my phone or set some note task.
