Writing exercise

My new house is in a small apartment complex which was builded in 2005. It is on the 9th floor, that’s pretty nice because of the good view. There are 3 bedroomsã€1 living roomã€1 kitchenã€1 dining room and washroom in the interior of the house. The highlight point is the balcony which is 8 square meters and facing the sun in the morning. Besides I love the living room very much as it’s big and bright. The house is unfurnished except the stove and the closet, but we will renew them. However we are a little worry about the specific parking even though the parking rate is affordable.
