My friend Yvonne and i both like HZ very much. Autumn of HZ is amazing and we went to there last month. Actually, there are different beautiful views of four seasons in HZ . We have been there at least five times in past two years. Yvonne has moved to other country. Each time when she back to china, we will go to HZ together. We both remember the amazing snow view of west lake several year age. We have been talking about the beautiful winter views of HZ for servel days. Maybe we will go there again in next month.

our department has 3 segments / parts and there are 3 supervisors under my boss and they are in charge of 3 different parts of the department and the biggest parts about 10 people under the supervisor and other 2 parts about 5 person under the supervisor so my boss will manage the department and arrange the daily work but the details things just arranged by the supervisors and they will arrange the daily work and the very detail arrangement of the work and manage the person under them. Because i know the general plan of our work, and arrange the detail things to every person. About the time requirement, the due day and the result we want to get and how to finish the work correctly, and also review the application from them and also submit the application to high level. in weeks ago we got an urgent needs of a project in beijing, the due day is very tight so we couldn’t finish the work based on routine arrangement so i had to change the arrangement of all people and i sent some parts of the project needs to another people and we had to finish all the requirements in 3 days so we reviewed the demands, all the demands together and then took the plan based on the due day and separated the works to 3 people.
