I really hate someone who always ask me for help in after hours. I always feel like if someone who cannot finish his work on time, it means he is really unproductive. In my opinion of view, everyone should live an effective life which balanced work and life. There are many chicken soup always like to say, “ keep working” “996 is the best way for young people to improve yourselves”… I don’t agree with that at all. But sometimes, when I see my colleagues who send email at midnight and still go to work early on next day, I start to think about the reason why they have such a good attitude to work. Life is not all about work, life is about life. Although we have to work overtime sometime, but the attitude towards to life is more important. Maybe that’s why I cannot be promoted in China.
