I finish explaining the downward dog yoga pose. I put the begining again.
Explaining yoga movements in Spanish is not easy, and even more difficult in English. For example, downward dog? If you want to do that posture, first you need to put your knees on the ground and then your palms, then also your toes. You must focus that your palms are in right position, making a line from your shoulders, and your distance between the palms are same as your shoulders have, and your distance between your knees also are same as your hip and these make a line from your hip to your knees. After this posture, immediately that you have your extremities in right position, you should push down on the floor to activate your muscles and start to lift the hip as high as possible. Breathe all the time and don’t stop pushing the floor, making your back straighter, and trying to see how your body forms a line from your hands to your coccyx and from your coccyx to feet and your whole body an inverted V.

For me = who thinks this
To do = focus on the verb
Every day = time / how often
Add conjunctions to continue sentence but then SVO starts again

Vocabulary
it just depended / it depends = there’s no specific reason
make sure = focus on it and make it happen
eg. you need to make sure that your shoulders stay straight
